A day after the court decision that dismissed each and every Sea Shepherd Global accusation against Sea Shepherd France, Lamya Essemlali and Paul Watson were dismissed and Global was ordered to pay some $27K to Sea Shepherd France for court costs there is not a single word on Sea Shepherd Global or Sea Shepherd Australia socials.

No explanation as to why they have to pay the legal fees for Sea Shepherd France with donor money or an explanation of the thousands they spent on their lawyers to sue Sea Shepherd France.

All comments about the lawsuit have been deleted. 

This is what Sea Shepherd Global has become. No transparency, censorship, and partnerships with seafood companies, insurance companies and corrupt governments.

So, the four mutineers believe if they say nothing, the embarrassment of losing will slither away into the weeds of confusion and denial.

But what they are doing is spreading the lie offline to many, to staff and volunteers and supporters that that they did not lose the case and that it was simply referred to another judge. 

The judgement of the court is however quite clear. They lost on all counts.
