We have been ordered to appear in a Danish Court in the Faroes next Thursday, July 20th on charges of entering Faroese waters without permission. 

On Sunday, July 9th, the JOHN PAUL DEJORIA had no choice but to respond to the emergency situation of 77 pilot whales being driven towards a beach near Torshaven, the capital of the Faroe Islands, where entire families were about to be viciously murdered. Because of the distance to Torshaven when we received the alert, we were unable to reach the scene of the mass slaughter until it was over.

Yesterday I was requested to agree to have the police transport me to the Faroes next Thursday to answer to the charge. Yea, like that’s going to happen!

We remain just outside territorial waters. If a Grind is called, we will have no choice but to respond. 

The murderous psychopaths mercilessly massacred 77 pilot whales before the onlooking passengers of the cruise ship AMBITION, one of the dumbest moves these criminals have ever done. Absolutely no consequences for that bloody horror show but they want to arrest us for attempting to save lives.

Such is the egregious insanity of the mercury-addled brains in the Ferocious Isles, where inflicting agonizing torture and death to self-aware sentient beings is considered normal behavior, yet empathy, kindness and compassion are punishable by law.

What an indictment on the Danish Courts and the Danish government.
