A Cetacean Serial Killer for Iceland “man” of the year. OR A Woman Who Helps Animals. Your Vote Is Important!
December 16, 2023
Visir, a media outlet in Iceland has a list of nominations for man of the year (Should be person of the year). One of the nominees is cetacean serial killer Kristján Loftsson.
Voting is open to the general public. I am endorsing Sandra Ósk Jóhannsdóttir:
For creating employment and fighting to be able to practice sustainable use of the ocean’s resources and for never giving up even if the wind blows hard.
There are other nominees, but it really must be choice between a woman who saves animals and a monster that kills them.
Kristján Loftsson CEO and largest owner of Hvals hf. has stood firm this year and fought for the right to whaling, but Food Minister Svandís Svavarsdóttir temporarily banned whaling this summer just before the hunting season was supposed to start.
The man illegally slaughters endangered Fin whales in violation of the International Whaling Commission’s Global Moratorium on commercial Korean Whaling: Accidentally on Purpose
The choice is between cruelty and kindness. Let’s show that kindness triumphs over cruelty.
